We offer two powerful training styles: Tribe Team Training for small group motivation, and 1-on-1 personal training for tailored support—both designed to move you forward.

These sessions are a great complement to your Tribe Training journey or a standalone option for those who prefer individual attention.

Joshua Gagne

Founder

Driven by a lifelong passion for sports and fitness, Joshua is committed to helping others challenge themselves and reach their goals through focused, high-energy training. He grew up playing ice hockey and lacrosse and has been dedicated to the gym since high school. Over the years, he’s developed a deep appreciation for both physical and mental toughness through disciplines like Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

As Tribe Head Coach, Joshua leads with purpose, energy, and a team-first mindset. He’s passionate about creating a strong, inclusive environment where members feel supported, empowered, and motivated to grow. He brings a well-rounded, motivating, and encouraging presence to every session, helping athletes of all levels push past limits and build lasting results.

In his free time, he enjoys martial arts, snowboarding, and staying active outdoors. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or looking to level up, Joshua is here to guide you with challenge, clarity, and strong leadership every step of the way.

Olivia Allaire

Tribe Coach

Driven by passion and purpose, Olivia Allaire is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential through fitness. With a long history in sports and fitness starting with gymnastics at 3 years old and progressing levels on a USAG Team, then doing competitive, high school, and college cheerleading and traveling all over the country. Olivia has experience coaching gymnastics and creating her own fitness plans to reach her goals and succeed in whatever challenges she is pushing toward in life or athletics. She’s led classes both in the classroom and on the mat and brings enthusiasm, energy, care, and support to her role as a coach.

In her free time, she enjoys gym workouts, hiking, trails, and swimming. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Olivia is here to guide you with challenging workouts, proper form, and the mindset needed to push past limits and crush your goals.
